Amazon image requirements: where an infographic fits

Main image or supporting image?

Amazon distinguishes the main image shown in search from additional images that explain features, other views or use. Keep your infographic in the supporting gallery; it does not replace your main product photo. Check the category-specific rules in Amazon’s product image guidance before uploading.

Check the file as well as the content

Amazon’s public photo guide lists JPEG, TIFF, PNG and non-animated GIF, with a longest side between 500 and 10,000 pixels. It prefers images above 1,000 pixels per side for zoom and prefers JPEG. See Amazon’s photo guide.

Productmallow supplies a 2000 × 2000 PNG. Those dimensions and format fit the general guidance above; they do not establish approval for a particular listing. Check your marketplace, category and current Seller Central guidance, then inspect the actual upload.

Give one infographic one useful job

Our recommendation: pick the question your existing photograph leaves unanswered.

• Will it fit? Provide confirmed outer measurements, units and any separate clearance requirement.
• What arrives? List the actual contents and distinguish accessories shown for context.
• Which detail matters? Use a clear source photo and one factual statement you can support.

Read the result on a phone. Make sure the labels match the source, important text survives the crop, and nothing pictured implies an item is included when it is not.

What “reviewed” means here

We compare the graphic with your supplied photo and facts, check readability, and inspect the agreed output. You confirm the product information. This is an independent design service, not Amazon certification or a guarantee of listing approval.
